How to Relate the Change in Entropy to the Change in Internal Energy

In thermodynamics the reference is the internal energy (in chemistry).

The internal energy of a thermodynamic system is the energy of the system as a state function, measured as the amount of energy required to bring the system from its standard internal state to its internal state of interest.

Let’s remember that the second law of thermodynamics establishes the concept of entropy as a physical property of a thermodynamic system. Entropy indicates disorder/randomness/uncertainty.

Question:

For an isolated system, ΔU = 0, what will be ΔS?
