How to Maintain HPLC Columns

HPLC column maintenance is mandatory for the column performance and the column life, period!

A column is the heart of an HPLC system. No matter whether you are in pharma/biopharma, CRO/CMO/CDMO/CRAMS, lifesciences, academia or any other domain that leverages HPLC, you need to take care of the HPLC columns; else, your productivity, return of investment or even reputation may be jeopardized. While an HPLC column will be unusable in the long run, be prepared for bad chromatography and/or lower than expected number of injections if you fail to keep up an HPLC column as an analyst.
