How to Determine the Final Concentration of a Mixture – Part 2

Stoichiometry is the relationship between the quantities of reactants and products before, during, and after chemical reactions.

When two or more solutions are mixed, one must add the volumes of all solutions.

Question:

500 mL of 0.2 M Na2SO4 solution is mixed with 100 mL of 17.1 % w/v of Al2(SO4)3 solution and the resulting solution is diluted 5 times. Find the molarity of SO42─ ions in the final solution.
